Measuring Guides and Shapewear Size Charts
Bust: Measure around the largest part of your breast, making sure the tape is flat but not too tight.
Waist: Measure between the bottom of your ribs and your hip bones. Keep the tape flat but remember to leave 1/4 inch of slack
Hip: Measure the widest part of your hips, not necessarily on the hip bone.
