At Slimming Solutions we’re going the extra mile on our delivery service and have options from £3.99 standard second class shipping through to next working day delivery and we offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £80 – offering something for everyone.

All orders are dispatched in discrete plain packaging from our warehouse in Tyne and Wear with no reference to its contents or Slimming Solutions.

£3.99 – Standard Second Class Delivery. (Delivery expected within 2-5 working days after your order has been dispatched).

£4.99 – Standard First Class Delivery. (Delivery expected within 1-3 working days after your order has been dispatched).

£9.50 – Next Day Delivery. (Guaranteed next working weekday delivery).

£0.00 – Free Delivery. (Free standard delivery on all orders over £80).

£0.00 – Click & Collect.  (Free click & collect – From Newcastle, NE6 5XB, during office hours).

 

Europe

£11.99 – International Trackable Delivery. (Delivery expected within 3-7 working days after your order has been dispatched).

 

Rest of World

£13.99 – International Trackable Delivery. (Delivery expected within 5-10 working days after your order has been dispatched).

Please Note: For our customers that live in Jersey or Guernsey, please select Jersey or Guernsey as your shipping country (not United Kingdom) when checking out. This will ensure your goods are charged without VAT.

95% of orders arrive to your door within the given postage timescales, unfortunately the remainder can take a little longer. In the unlikely event that your order goes missing, please contact us. Royal Mail state they cannot declare a parcel as missing until its been our for delivery in the UK for 15 working days or for Europe/Rest of World 25 working days. If your order has not arrived within the specified timescale, we can then resend or refund and launch an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf, but not before the timescale has passed.
