Items must be unused, have been tried on over your own underwear and returned to us in the original condition and packaging, be unworn and unwashed, with all labels or seals intact.

 

How to return

Wrap the item(s) securely, download and print off our returns form.
No access to a printer? Simply wrap all items securely and send to:

Slimming Solutions Returns Department, Office 13, Armadillo Business Centre, Industry Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 5XB, United Kingdom.

Please ensure you include your name, order number, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund in with your item(s).

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature.

Once we have received your return we will either exchange the item(s) or issue you with a refund.

Exchanges are shipped free of charge via standard delivery the same day your return is received. If a replacement item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Please allow up to 30 days from the day you return your parcel for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the item (excluding postage).

All items must be returned to us within 14 days after the date of receipt and will only be credited to the original payment method. Customers are liable for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that the above has not been adhered to.

Please note: Slimming Solutions will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item(s) during transit and, for this reason; we recommend that you package the item(s) correctly and securely and request proof of postage from your chosen delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
