	How to make the Pu-erh Tea: Our tea is made to the highest standard. Each teabag can be used to make 2 separate cups of tea. Simply steep one Pu-erh teabag in fresh boiled water for 3-6 minutes. If you cover the mug while brewing, or use a little teapot, you’ll keep even more goodness in. Keep the teabag and reuse.

	Our Slimming Solutions Teatox works harmoniously with your body to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. With both an evening and daytime blend, the delicious teas cleanse your digestive system, boost your metabolism and reduce hunger pangs.
	Daytime Blend Directions For Use: This tea blend is to be enjoyed in the morning, as soon after waking as possible. Add one tea bag to a cup of hot water (but not boiling), and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes before drinking. The tea can be naturally flavoured to taste with honey or lemon. Ingredients: Chinese Oolong tea (38%), Siberian Ginseng (20%), Fennel (10%), Lemongrass (10%), Nettle leaves (8%), Ginger root (5%), Dandelion leaf (5%), Ginseng root (2%), Salvia miltiorrhiza (2%). Naturally sugar free with no artificial additives.
	Evening Blend Directions For Use: This tea blend should be enjoyed every other evening before bed, and at least 30 minutes after your last meal of the day. It may cause a mild laxative effect for the first few days. Add one tea bag to a cup of hot water (but not boiling), and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes before drinking. The tea can be naturally flavoured to taste with honey or lemon. Ingredients: Senna leaves (20%), Hawthorn leaves (20%), Lotus leaves (14%), Fenugreek seeds (12%), Burdock root (14%), Peppermint (8%), Psyllium seeds (8%), Valerian root (2%), Liquorice root (2%). Keep the teabag and reuse as follows… 2. For the 2nd cup, steep the teabag for at least 2.1/2 minutes, then dispose of the teabag.
