For best results we recommend 3 cups daily, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. 	Feiyan Tea
	Containing no caffeine, the 100% natural tea offers rich flavour and huge benefits for drinkers. Our customers have reported improved metabolism, reduced bloating and reduced food cravings. It can easily be incorporated into your daily diet.
	Directions for use: Steep one tea bag in 170ml of boiling water for approximately 5-10 minutes. Throw away the tea bag as it can only be used once..

	Directions for use: Place one teabag in a cup of boiling water and steep for 3-6 minutes.
