Keto Tea Directions for use:

Each teabag can be used to make two cups of tea.

We recommend up to 3 cups daily depending on your body’s needs, alongside your keto plan.

Simply steep one teabag in fresh boiled water for at least 1.1/2 minutes. If you cover the mug while brewing, or use a little teapot, you’ll keep even more goodness in. Keep the teabag and reuse as follows…

For the 2nd cup, steep the teabag for at least 2.1/2 minutes, then throw away the teabag.
